At the end of a narrow country lane with nice views towards the Puig de Maria mountain, we find this charming little countryside house, only a short drive from Pollensa old town. It is surrounded by mature gardens, a well kept green lawn and lovely views of the surrounding countryside and mountains. Villa 339 has fantastic outdoor areas. You will love the covered terrace that border two sides of the villa, offering an ideal spot for al fresco meals as well as a shady corner for lazy afternoon reading hours. The villa is furnished according to Majorcan, traditional style, making you feel comfortable and at home. There is a combined lounge/dining area with a wooden stove, a well equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave and gas oven/hob - and access to the laundry room where the washing machine is. There are three bedrooms in the villa, one double bedroom and two twin bedroom, as well as a full bathroom. The private swimming pool is bordered by the lawn and has a sun deck on one side with comfortable sun loungers. The built in barbecue is close to the covered terrace and very appreciated by our guests. The villa also provides a very practical outside shower room near the pool.
