Dieses kleine , charmantes Haus liegt am Fu?e des Kalvarienberges, in Pollensa Altstadt. Der Markplatz mit Restaurants, Bars und Geschäfte ist nur wenige Minuten entfernt.und die Strände sind in 10 Autominuten erreicht. Das Haus ist leicht und sehr geschmackvoll dekoriert und möbliert. Das geräumiges Wohnzimmer/Esszimmer ist komfortable und komplett ausgestattet, die offene Küche moderne und praktische. Es gibt zwei Schlafzimmer, 1 mit Doppelbetten und 1 mit Einzelbetten, 1 komplett Badezimmer und 1 WC. Das beste des Hauses, ohne Zweifel, ist die Dachterrasse mit Blicke über Berge und Felder, perfekt für Mahlzeiten im freien und entspannung.

'We stayed at Maria and Erika's villa for 5 nights for a cycling holiday to Mallorca and it was a perfect base for our visit. Our questions were all answered via email very quickly and we were given a lot of helpful advice. 'Wonderful location for cycling the mountains and area as well as walking distance to town center. We loved the area and plan to return next year to do more cycling around the beautiful area. The host saved us as I originally rented another air bnb by the beach in Alcudia but immediately disliked the apartment and location - very touristy beach town. We quickly looked on air bnb to reserve another better ideal location for our five nights and we were saved!!' Debbie
