Villa 272 is ideally located in a quiet country side area between Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa, only a short drive to both places, as well as to beaches, restaurants, cafés, bars and water sports.
This is a traditional Majorcan stone house with beautiful views towards the Puig de Maria hill with its famous monastery and the mountains behind.
Inside the villa you will find two twin bedrooms and one double bedroom. They are all fully air conditioned. There is also one full bathroom and a light and spacious, traditionally decorated, living/dining room with leather sofas and satellite TV and direct access out onto the covered terrace, the favourite part of the house! There's a fully fitted and equipped kitchen that also includes a dishwasher
The outdoor areas are nice and inviting and soon become the meeting point for sunbathing, reading, chilling out and summer meals al fresco. There is also a built-in barbecue, ideal for outdoor cooking.
